eagle-tester 1.0.9 and earlier stores a password unencrypted in its global configuration file com.bmc.rpd.jenkins.plugin.bmcrpd.configuration.RPDPluginConfiguration.xml on the Jenkins controller.
This credential can be viewed by users with access to the Jenkins controller file system.
As of publication of this advisory, there is no fix.
